I’m Marilia,

London Nutritionist & Gut Health Specialist

I hold a diploma in Nutritional Therapy (Dip.NT) and a certificate in Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP) from the world-renowned Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM).

After finishing my studies I furthered my knowledge in gut health by becoming a SIBO approved practitioner and training on the use of the low FODMAP diet for IBS with Monash University.

I have engaged in hours of continuing professional development about gut health, the gut microbiome, IBS and SIBO with world-leaders in the field, and continue to update my knowledge.

My practice is rooted in science-based nutrition and my advice is based on the latest scientific research.
